Rip City is a state of
the art indoor baseball training facility located at 400
Riverland Rd. in Salem, Virginia. It was opened by former pro Dave
Christianson (San Diego Padres, Detroit Tigers) in 1997. Since its
opening, the Professional Instruction and Training
Programs available have helped equip thousands of players with
the skills necessary to play Little League, High School, College
and Pro Ball.
Batting cages and a bullpen area are available for
all levels of play for softball and baseball to sure
up different facets of your game. Let us help you work to become a
better ball player and realize your full potential; Private lessons are
available by appointment. The batting cages and bullpen are
also available for rent for team practices. Coaches, call
today and have ball practice rain or shine. *Credit cards and checks accepted.
